A Bit About the RC Football Academy, Merrylands SFC Partnership
Exclusive to Merrylands SFC players, this partnership between RC Football Academy and Merrylands SFC marks a major step forward in player development at the club. Across each school term, players will have access to an exclusive 10-week academy program, delivered one day per week, designed specifically to elevate individual performance. This is not a replacement for club training, it’s a high-level addition. While team sessions focus on shape, tactics and match preparation, the academy environment is built around refining the individual: sharper first touch, cleaner ball striking, improved 1v1 ability, faster decision-making, and greater confidence under pressure.
This partnership creates a clear pathway for ambitious players within Merrylands SFC to accelerate their growth and maximise their potential each term.
